They are Essential. My biggie smalls class end of the year promotion. I will always stand with our children build them up, give them a place to feel safe and teach them to be #badass humans. Its easier to build strong children than repair broken adults. Hopefully our "leaders" will wake up and start putting these kids first but if not I'm gonna keep on building my army of strong kind confident kids.
