stoked to be apart of @worldjiujitsufestival Oct 5th in #longbeach in a super fight against a #gangster. It's been a while (2005) since I competed in a gi, started my MMA journey with #jiujitsu and actively competing for years untill winning the @ufc #ultimatefighter took me another route. My love for the sport never stopped me from practicing it training & evolving.Now that I got my school @i_i_mmaacademy I encourage my kids to compete for themselves because competing test you and your game and that's where you find your holes you either win or learn. Gotta practice what I teach. Honored to compete in the same event as my brothers @lovatojrbjj & @billthegrillcooper two #legends and have my 4 girls compete in the tournament the next day. also getting some training in at @northcoastjiujitsu Hope to see you all there. #jiujitsu #bjj #bjjlifestyle
