Not a diet, but a lifestyle. ⁣ ⁣ From being afraid to eat anything other than protein bars, to eating 4-5 full meals a day (plus snacks). ⁣⁣ My biggest struggle has always been with food. I dealt with my lows in life through controlling what I ate, and therefore would end up under eating. I never thought I would be eating as much as I am today, and be so stoked about gaining weight.
