HAWAIIAN FOREVER. I didn’t have a choice to be born Hawaiian. I just was and I’m proud of who we are. I’m also not sure why they treat us like second class citizens and want to take what little we have left. You already outlawed our language in our homeland and tricked the rest of the world into thinking we didn’t want to remain an independent nation so we lost most of our land to sugar barrons so they can have vacation homes as large estates while we occupy whatever low income housing is left while accommodating other nations and races you almost wiped out with your weapon testing as well as one of the 8 islands in our island chain. As if that weren’t enough your going for the last thing we have left because it can’t be sold which is our culture but your going for the closest thing linked to it. Looks like tomorrow the world will see how it treats a race full of of Aloha with old world values not based on ownership but of sharing and care taking. With a heavy heart I will tell you now a lot of people will never be the same after this and all I can say is I hope you feel what we will but tenfold because you definitely deserve what you put out in life.
