As I sit here facing the same uncertainty we all are, I find myself taking a mental inventory of the way this world is changing. It’s forcing us to be more transparent and puts us face to face with ourselves. For some us that could be like having conversation with a stranger. We all have a story. And if I were to tell mine it would speak of obesity alcohol and drug abuse. I hit a tipping point and made a promise to myself that I would begin to love myself and set goals in different arenas that I’m passionate about. I began prepping for my first bodybuilding competition which of course is now on hold. Really frustrating but it’s a reality. I’m new to the sport and committed to putting in the work so this quarantine just gives me more time to chip away at my problem areas. Lots of work ahead! 🤷‍♂️.
