All right folks I know you guys follow me for the sneakers and the lifestyle. But let’s take a moment and get really real. I know that most men think it’s not “manly” to go to the Doctor’s Office for check ups, or it makes them look weak. For some it’s not wanting to know the unknown. And yes it’s frightening to acknowledge that there might be something potentially wrong with you. And that’s perfectly normal! After our horrible accident April of 2017. My injuries consisted of 5 compressed vertebrae’s in my back, punctured lung, and seatbelt lashes from my neck to the bottom of my stomach. They also diagnosed me with Hypertension, Irregular Heart Beat, Bigeminy and they told me I was Morbidly Obese weighing 360lbs. The wreck also gave me PTSD. With all that has came a lot of health issues I’ve never dealt with, but me being me, I took them on straight ahead! Today my hypertension is under control with an average blood pressure of 126/78, I’ve lost over 90lbs since the wreck. Bringing my obesity rate down to Class II. We are moving forward with a procedure to remove my bigeminy, and irregular heart beat. I’ve worked so hard on my weight loss that I’m down to 268lbs today on the Scale! My life has dramatically changed in a fashion I thought would never happen, But you know what I’m glad it did. I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been. I eat correctly 95% of the time, I drink water instead of soda and teas, I also take a vitamin regiment that I have posted with this heart monitor pic. The reason I’m saying all of this, is hopes that it will truly inspire more Men to get checked out. Pay attention to your body it’s speaking to you every single day, and it’s up to you and nobody else to truly take care of you. Getting active and be proactive doesn’t make you weaker, it makes you stronger!! If anybody has any questions I would love to help out the best I can! God Bless !!! #The_Perfect_Pair
